Take a Walk

In my opinion, walking is one of the best forms of exercise.
Although it doesn't get your heart rate as high as running or jogging, it still gets it up, which is all you need.  It's also not as straining on you physically and you can walk for longer amounts of time and ultimately burn more calories.
The best part is that instead of being stuck inside a stuffy gym, you are in the sunny outdoors, with birds, sunshine, fresh air, and your dog trotting along beside you if you're lucky :)
